All Things Halal Loyalty Card Holders Rules &
Regulations
1. These Rules (including our Policy on Privacy and Data
Protection) govern the use of the 'All Things Halal Loyalty Card' and set out the terms
of the contract between 'All Things Halal' ("us") and each Loyalty Card Holder. A New
Loyalty Card Holder is automatically registered with the 'ATH Card' and given a unique
card holder number for access to write reviews and rate various establishments. If you
apply to register with ATH Loyalty Card or use an ATH Loyalty Card you accept these
rules. We may refuse an application for any good reason.
2. We will set up an ATH Card Account to give further access and
offers on the site so as to be able to gain the most out of the site and card offers in
their entirety.
3. Due to the nature of the card and its associated privacy
policy, the only person aloud to use the card is the one whose details are inscribed on
the back. However, this does not mean that an individual cannot own more then one card at
a time.
4. ATH Card Holders do not necessarily have to reside in the UK;
however the address given on the application form will be used as the primary source for
delivery of the card unless otherwise stated. Changes of address must be notified to us.
There are no age restrictions to owning an ATH Loyalty Card; however some promotional
offers may be prone to use for adults only (See Card Holder Offers).
5. The ATH Loyalty Card has various establishments through whom
you can gain offers and discounts. The variety of establishments will give different
offers which they may change on a regular basis and even decide not to give any for a
while as well; this is there prerogative and 'All Things Halal' will try its best to keep
up with the changes as much as possible.
6. All offers from 'All Things Halal' and its participating
establishments are subject to availability. Transactions on which offers are earned or
are made directly with the relevant establishment is between the card holder and the
establishment, the establishment have the right to refuse to give out any offers in any
circumstance it deems viable. When issues arise between the establishment and an ATH Card
Holder we may act as intermediary between the relevant ATH Card Holder and the
establishment and we will do what we can to ensure such issues are resolved as amicably
as possible.
7. Offers given by both 'All Things Halal' and its associated
Establishments are prone to usage deadlines and which in most circumstances unless
otherwise stated have a one month period or in the case of monthly offers before the next
offer begins in which to use the offer/voucher.
8. Redeemed vouchers and offers cannot be used again. If a
transaction on which offers are issued or redeemed is cancelled, reversed or not
completed, we will reverse the associated offer when instructed by the relevant
Establishment. If we or our associated Establishments suspect fraud or misconduct, offers
may be refused or cancelled.
9. ATH Offers which are seen as separate to Establishment offers
can be given or transferred to another card holder if preferred. In the case of offers or
prizes not deemed viable due to for example age restrictions, then the prize or offer can
be transferred to a parent, guardian, relative or friend. However, rules and regulations
of the offer still apply to the winner and the card holder to whom it is being
transferred to.
10. Offers and Prizes can only be earned, held, transferred or
redeemed as set out in these Rules. Any other use, award, sale, exchange or transfer of
offers or prizes, or attempt to do so, is a serious breach of these Rules. Any offers or
prizes not earned and held in accordance with these Rules will be invalid and cannot be
redeemed for Rewards. Offers and prizes cannot be combined to redeem for the same Reward.
Offers and prizes have no cash value.
11. Our Policy on Privacy and Data Protection (which is part of
these Rules) sets out the information that we will gather on ATH Card Holders, how a Card
Holder uses his/her ATH Loyalty Card and earns and redeems offers and prizes, how this
information will be used and who it may be shared with. It is on our site and is
available from us. We will comply with our Privacy Statement - every ATH Card Holder
should read it carefully. If an ATH Card Holder notifies us that they do not wish to
receive marketing information from us we will comply with such request and pass on any
relevant request to participating companies. If for any reason we need to transfer
personal information outside the European Union for a specific purpose, we will ensure
that it is treated to UK standards.
12. ATH Cards are our property for life though you may use it as
you wish within the restrictions of these policies; however, All Things Halal and its
participating establishments have the right to take away a card if they feel it is being
abused or misused in anyway shape or form. If the ATH Card Holder thinks an unauthorised
person has become aware of any security code, password or account number, they should
contact the All Things Halal team immediately. Vouchers should be treated like cash. We
cannot be responsible for any unauthorised use of vouchers or any lost or stolen
Vouchers.
13. We may close any account, if there is any theft from or
misconduct in connection with us, any establishment, if they supply false or misleading
information to us or if they are abusive or offensive to any member of our staff. A Card
Holder can close his/her Account at any time by notifying us. If an ATH Card Account is
closed everyone's rights to use offers, vouchers and prizes from that Account are lost.
14. We may make changes to these Rules and will highlight so all
ATH Loyalty Card Holders can notice any subsequent changes immediately. Using or
redeeming vouchers, offers or prizes will constitute acceptance of the revised Rules. We
may suspend or terminate ATH but will give as much notice as we reasonably can before we
do so. If this happens all ATH Card Accounts will be suspended or terminated. If we sell
or transfer All Things Halal to another company we may transfer all of our rights and
obligations under these Rules without any further consent and may disclose or transfer
all information we hold about ATH Loyalty Card Holders to a prospective or actual new
owner. Such a disclosure or transfer will not alter the rights of such ATH Card Holders
in respect of the use that can be made of such information by such other company.
